A. Great question, The core of The Pro Platform is built on a proven platform called HighLevel (GHL) that's been growing rapidly over the last couple of years. The reason we decided to partner with GHL is their laser focus on product development, with the goal of always being people-focused and product focused first. They're not a "hype" software company that tries to hard-sell you on using the platform, so people have been loving it for the sole reason of actually getting a better more all-in-one platform to run their entire business.

HighLevel does NOT natively offer our pre built solar features, nor any of our AI tools. These are custom built & integrated apps. Our platform is almost completely unrecognizable from native HL. If you are coming from a HighLevel account. Get ready to be mind blown!

A. We offer in app ticket, and email support. That can also escalate to video support if needed. Stay tuned for in app live chat coming soon.

Q. How do i access my account/billing?
A. You can manage your overall account settings by visiting the "Settings" tab >> Business Profile. For billing, Please visit the "Client Portal" tab on the left sidebar in app. For any billing questions or concerns you can contact us via email at [email protected].

Q. Are there any hidden fees I should know about?
A. Nope! We are one of the only platforms in the solar space to offer you the best resources at the lowest price possible, without any hidden fees! Our pricing is a simple monthly subscription - therefor, you pay your subscription price every 30 days unless you cancel!
You're also required to cover your data fees.
Please note: This is not specific to The Pro Platform. Any service, platform, or CRM that has a phone system requires you to pay for credits. We pay these exact same fees on our accounts. Unlike most platforms, we do not upcharge you for credits. You pay what we pay.

- 0.0119/per segment ($10 will give you about 720 text messages)
